SERVICES

Amy Lea provides coaching, consulting, mentoring, astrology and Human Design guidance, live programs, digital products and related educational content. Services may include one-to-one sessions, group programs such as Resonance, digital guides and reports, and other offerings as described on this website from time to time.

ACCESS & COMMUNICATIONS

You will be able to access parts of the website without having to register any details with us. To purchase programs or submit certain enquiries, you may be required to provide your name and email address.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to use this site and enter any legal contracts you must fit the eligibility criteria.

Amy Lea's services are not available to:

• Minors under the age of 18 and

• Those who cannot enter into binding contracts.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payments for programs and digital products are processed through third-party platforms, currently Podia and Kajabi. When you make a purchase, you will be redirected to their secure checkout and your transaction is subject to their terms of service and privacy policies. We do not store your payment card details on this website.

One-to-one sessions and some bookings may be scheduled and paid for through Acuity Scheduling, which is also subject to its own terms.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to service descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

In no case shall Amy Lea, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for:

• For fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us, including but limited to:

• loss of goodwill

• loss of anticipated savings

• loss or corruption of data, or

By signing up for a program, course or session you agree to the terms and conditions and that Amy Lea is not a medical doctor and is not responsible for any illness or injuries (emotional or physical) that occur on or before the date and times of the service. By signing up you also agree that all sales are final unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase or required by Australian consumer law.
